TAYLOR MOUNTAIN ADVENTURES LLC consists of a 120 acre parcel now zoned recreation/commercial and situated between two major cities in the town of Dolan Springs, Arizona, just off of highway 93 and Pierce Ferry road. This property has beautiful desert surroundings and is located on a mountain that has been dubbed by the locals as TAYLOR MOUNTAIN; located an easy 65 mile drive southeast of Las Vegas Nevada and 35 miles northwest of Kingman Arizona.
This site is perfectly situated for this project, with natural rock needed for the in-ground living quarters and in a location that accesses the route presently used for tourist traffic to the Grand Canyon west resort.
Existing improvements to the site include a working stampmill, restroom facilities, as well as a competitive four wheel drive, challenge course and rock crawl course.

Project Need
TAYLOR MOUNTAIN ADVENTURES LLC will provide an estimated 157 full time jobs in an area and economic environment that is currently challenged with an unemployment rate of 23.2%, as cited in the Kingman Daily Minor, dated September 02, 2009.
This project will provide a setting that will enhance its historical surroundings, by providing a daily and multi-day destination for area residents as well as travel and destination tourists.
Given the current economic environment, it is our intention to secure finances and complete this project in its entirety in a 24 month period. We believe this project will provide the needed economic base to help grow the local community as well as contribute to area communities, by providing access to educational and entertainment venues, and provide a substantial employment base to help alleviate the current unemployment condition, as well as provide employee growth, training and experience to those employees who choose to participate.
Project Scope
Included in this project will be alternative energy programs,with a focus on green energy primarily provided by solar and wind equipment,supplemented by a backup generator utilizing renewable fuel.Additionally the project will utilize existing water sources utilizing state of the art reclaim equipment and on site gray water treatment plants providing for treatment and recycling.
The site will display an authentic, working; turn of the century stamp mill, as a primary attraction, and for overnight stays, In ground living units identified as an (IGLU), an eco friendly low energy habitat. The (IGLU) will be incorporated as a unique overnight experience,available only at Taylor Mountain Adventures, this as well as multiple interactive attractions cited in this business plan.
Some of the key attractions will include a 20,000 square foot lodge housing three conference rooms, kitchen, dining area and office space. In addition the site will provide a 600 seat amphitheater; this facility will be used throughout the year for periodic and seasonal events.
The project will also provide an executive, high and low ropes course for corporate retreats and training. Some of the more basic attractions will include an equestrian site to provide horseback riding and equestrian training with daily and overnight equestrian events. The site will also provide wet and dry camps for individual and group use; as well as Mountain bike trails, Frisbee golf course, hiking trails and competitive off road vehicle courses are examples of usage planned for this project.
